The Installation Once
you show an interest in using our services, a Systems Consultant
will be designated to assist in the decision making process.
The Systems Consultant will be available to answer any questions
that you may have regarding the system and its functionality.
Once the decision has been made to use our services, your
System Consultant and an Installation Technician will conduct
an on-site visit to the childcare center to meet your facility
staff and to complete necessary paperwork. The Installation
Technician will analyze the facility layout so that the
installation process will run smoothly. After assessing
the time and resources needed to conduct an installation,
the Systems Consultant, and the Installation Technician
will contact you to schedule a date and time to complete
the installation of the monitoring system.

Now that the Remote Monitoring System is installed, a unique
web address will be assigned to your center so that the system
can be accessed through the Internet by you and the parents.
Now parents can begin to register for their user ID’s and
passwords using our simple, user-friendly web interface. When
a parent first logs into the system using their unique user
ID and password, they will be able to choose which room they
would like to view. We can restrict a parents access to just
the rooms that their children are in, or we can give parents
access to the entire center…the choice is yours.

Any hardware or software upgrades that become available will
be added to your system at no additional charge.
